Here’s the honest version.
You didn’t land here by accident.
If something on this site stopped you mid-scroll, if a line hit a little too close, or if you thought, “Okay, that’s exactly it”—that’s not a coincidence. This show exists because that feeling is more common than anyone talks about, and most of the content out there doesn’t actually help with it.
The Truth Be Told Project is for people who are stuck, not failing, not broken, just running a version of life that was handed to them and wondering why it doesn’t fit. We talk about relationships, emotional health, identity, and the patterns that run underneath all of it. The stuff that doesn’t come up at the dinner table but keeps you up at 2am.
No recycled advice. No performance. Just honest conversations about what it actually takes to build a life that belongs to you.

About Jay
I’m not a therapist or a life coach with a certification on the wall. What I bring is nearly two decades of walking alongside real people through some of the hardest, most honest chapters of their lives…and a lot of personal miles on the same road I talk about here.
I’ve sat with people in the middle of their worst seasons. I’ve been in a few of my own. And somewhere in all of that, I figured out that most people aren’t struggling because they’re weak or lazy…they’re struggling because nobody ever told them the truth about how this works.
That’s what this show is. My attempt to tell the truth.
